Timber windows purchase process
1. Initial Enquiry
If you’re thinking of replacing your windows and doors don’t hesitate to contact us… we’ll be more than happy to answer any questions or queries you may have. If you provide to us your basic requirement and the approximate measurements of wall holes we’ll send you a preliminary Quote, which usually it is not very different from the final Contract.
2. Survey
Once we’ve established your basic requirement we’ll agree on a suitable time for one of our skilled joiners to visit you at your home and conduct a detailed survey. With every property being unique it’s essential that our craftsmen gain an accurate overview of each and every installation to ensure that every fitment meets our exacting standards. If necessary, fixed frame and external marble must be fixed before the survey, in order to let the tecnician to carry out measurements relief.
3. Contract
Once the survey’s complete we’ll have all the information necessary to process the final Contract, which contains all the required specifications, the definitive measures, selected accessories. Once you’ve confirmed the details correct signing the Contract we’ll then ask that you pay a deposit.
4. Manufacture
Once approved your order will progress to our workshop where your windows and doors will be hand crafted to your particular requirement.. and of course you’ll be more than welcome to visit us and see your items taking shape. The manufacturing process takes 60 working days.
6. Fitting
As the process is completed we’ll contact you to to reserve the date of installation. Then when the day arrives our team of expert fitters will arrive to complete the process causing minimal disruption.
7. Completion & Approval
Once the job’s complete you’ll have the opportunity to approve our workmanship and then when completely satisfied we’ll ask that you pay the remainder of the invoice… we’ll then leave you to enjoy your homes’ beautiful new look.
